Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we’re here to help. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered on the order. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
