Purchase Options

1. One-Time Purchases

Most of our supplements and wellness products are available as one-time purchases. You will be charged once at checkout, and your item will ship according to our Shipping Policy.

2. Subscription Purchases

Some products may be available as subscriptions for your convenience. When you choose a subscription:

  • You agree to be automatically billed at the interval selected (e.g., every 30 or 60 days).

  • Subscriptions may include a discount or special offer not available on one-time purchases.

  • You can manage your subscription, including skipping, pausing, or cancelling, via your customer account.


Subscription Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date.

To cancel:

If an order has already been processed before cancellation, it will be shipped as scheduled and is non-refundable.


Failed Payments

If your payment fails for a subscription order, our system will attempt to reprocess the payment. If unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the subscription may be paused or cancelled.
